Villanova’s Adrianna Hahn and Bridget Herlihy were so locked in on Wednesday night that they nearly beat Fairfield themselves.
The Hahn-Herlihy tandem combined for over half of the No. 22-ranked Wildcats’ points, combining for 40 in the 73-44 road win.
Hahn had her best showing of the season, her most efficient outing too.
The junior point guard finished with a game-high 21 points off of 8-of-12 shooting. She made 5-of-9 shots from long range.
She had the hot hand to begin the game, scoring 19 of her points in the first half alone.
