Three different Wildcats recorded double-doubles as No. 3 Villanova scored a 72-60 road victory over No. 11 Providence on Saturday afternoon.
Junior forward Darryl Reynolds showed that he was more than capable of filling the void left by Daniel Ochefu, who missed his third consecutive game with a concussion.
Reynolds recorded his first career double-double by scoring a team- and career-high 19 points on 9-of-10 shooting along with 10 rebounds.
Junior guard Josh Hart and junior forward Kris Jenkins were the other two Wildcats to join Reynolds with double-doubles.
Hart grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds to go along with his 14 points.
