Good news on a Sunday morning as 2017 ATH Jevon Jones has committed to Villanova. Jones announced the decision on Twitter. Jones committed to Villanova over CAA rival New Hampshire.
Jones is a 6’1” 175 pound athlete who attends Nottingham High School in Syracuse, N.Y. He has primarily played quarterback there, but a tweet from Tony Trisciani hints that he will likely line up in the defensive backfield at ‘Nova. He’s a fluid athlete as you’ll see in the highlight video below.
Jones is the 9th verbal commitment of the class.
