The Sweet 16 is set!
As the NCAA Tournament’s Sweet 16 tips off on Thursday, Vegas has set their odds to win the National Championship, as well as each region.
Duke is the favorite to clip down the nets at 13/4, with Villanova a close second at 9/2. ‘Nova is also an even-money favorite to win the East Region and make the Final Four.
The ‘Cats are also opening up as 5.5 point favorites for Friday’s Regional Semifinal against West Virginia.
