The Big East is now 2-0 after day one, with four more teams playing today. The SEC currently leads the way after advancing four teams on Thursday. On the other end of the spectrum, the Pac-12 is completely out of the tournament after #4 seed Arizona was upset by #13 seed Buffalo late last night.
As for Villanova’s path through the tournament, their potential Sweet 16 opponents will play early this afternoon.
