The dust has settled and programs have begun their practices for the 2016-17 basketball. Bovada has updated their odds to win the 2017 National Championship and the Duke Blue Devils are the 4/1 favorite.
Villanova, the reigning Champions, has had their chances drop in Vegas’s eye from 8/1 to 10/1 with the loss of five-star freshman Omari Spellman to a redshirt year.
Perennial blue chip program, Kentucky, is the only other program to have better odds than the Main Line Wildcats at 15/2 as the Kansas Jayhawks join ‘Nova.
In the Player of the Year favorites list, Duke’s Grayson Allen is the leader at 6/1 as Villanova’s Josh Hart is posted at 14/1 with teammate Kris Jenkins at 40/1.
