The 2016 BIG EAST Tournament continues on Thursday with the conference’s quarterfinals.
1-seed Villanova and 8-seed St. John’s met in the first game with Villanova ultimately winning.
The second game of the afternoon session will see #4 Marquette play #5 Seton Hall.
Butler, the second seed will open the evening session at 7p when they take on seventh seed Xavier.
The night cap will be the 3/6 matchup between Providence and Creighton.
