LAS VEGAS (July 18, 2018) – Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, July 18, that the team has signed forward Tomas Nosek to a one-year contract through the 2018-19 season worth $962,500.
The transaction was made after the team re-signed Marc-Andre Fleury.
Nosek, 25, recorded 15 points (7G, 8A) in his first full NHL season, including one shorthanded goal. During the 2017-18 campaign, Nosek appeared in 67 games for the Golden Knights and spent only 14 minutes in the penalty box.
The Pardubice, Czech Republic native tied for the team lead in goals during the 2018 Stanley Cup Final with three tallies, including the game-winning goal in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final.
