VEGAS
Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, September 28, that the team has signed goaltender Dylan Ferguson to a three-year, entry level contract. Ferguson joined the Golden Knights for training camp and was the winning goaltender in the team’s first preseason game, a 9-4 victory at the Vancouver Canucks on September 17, before he rejoined his Western Hockey League team, the Kamloops Blazers, for the 2017-18 season.
The Golden Knights acquired Ferguson on June 26th from the Dallas Stars in exchange for Marc Methot and a second-round pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
