The Ottawa Senators have traded center Derick Brassard to the Pittsburgh Penguins as part of a three-team deal with the Vegas Golden Knights.
The Senators shipped Brassard, forward Vincent Dunn and a third-round selection in the 2018 draft to the Penguins, who sent goaltending prospect Filip Gustavsson, defenseman Ian Cole, a 2018 first-rounder and a 2019 third-rounder to Ottawa.
The Penguins also received forward prospect Tobias Lindberg from the Golden Knights, who acquired forward Ryan Reaves and a 2018 fourth-round pick (originally acquired from Vancouver) from Pittsburgh.
