Vanderbilt did not sign a single four-star recruit in its 2017 class. Now at least so far in its 2018 recruiting class, it has commitments from two such players.
The Commodores landed the second of the two prospects Friday, when wide receiver Camron Johnson announced on Twitter he had committed to the school.

“I would like to thank all of the colleges who have believed in me throughout this recruiting process,” Johnson wrote. “It’s been extremely stressful and difficult at times, but I’m happy to have finally come to a decision.
