Coming off back-to-back seasons of three SEC wins, Vanderbilt basketball coach Jerry Stackhouse needed a spark for the program, and he got it on Wednesday night.
The Commodores got their 2022 recruiting class off to a blazing start with the additions of Lee Dort and Noah Shelby, teammates at the Greenhill School in Dallas. Dort is a 6’9”, 240-pound center who’s ranked #26 overall in the Class of 2022 by Rivals, and 59th overall in the 247 Sports composite — though 247’s own ratings give him the rare five-star rating, and consider him the 18th-best prospect in the class.
