They surrendered a 52-39 second half lead in a 69-67 defeat to then-No. 25 Baylor on December 6th. Three days later, they led Dayton 38-22 on their home court but couldn't hold off the Flyers, who rallied to a 72-67 upset victory and gave Vandy their third loss in four games.
