After a frighteningly long wait, and then a delay, and then another delay, and then another delay, the Diamond Dores finally got to play some baseball, as they swept a Monday afternoon double header 14-1 and 1-0 against the Wright State Freds.
Game one saw Kumar Rocker dominate. He threw 4 innings of 1 H, 0 R, 8 K, 3 BB ball, and was basically doing this on his mid-week bullpen session day, as he was all ready to go on Friday night.
Hliboki Bartokomous and Chris “McBain” McElvain mopped up in relief, and made quick work of the Freds.
