The Diamond Dores took 2 out of 3 in The College Baseball Showdown against fellow pre-season top 10 teams. Though the pitching staff will likely be stronger than the offense this year, this did not appear to be true this weekend, as we plated 4 runs in a loss, then 11 and 12 in subsequent wins over the Okie Pokes and Texas Long Fedoras.
