Welcome to our Wednesday List, a look at three SEC football players who will be most in the spotlight in the weekend’s games. Suffice it to say, if these guys shirk from the glare, their teams are in trouble.
Last week, we spotlighted Josh Dobbs, Nick Chubb and Austin Allen. Dobbs played one of the best games of his career, and Tennessee snapped an 11-game losing streak to Florida. Allen threw for 371 yards, but the Hogs’ rushing attack and defense didn’t perform well and Arkansas lost to Texas A&M. Chubb and Georgia were handled easily by Ole Miss, and Chubb injured his ankle.
