The Vanderbilt Commodores take on the South Carolina Gamecocks on October 16, and since the SEC Network’s launch, the network has frequently stuck its least attractive games in the 3 PM time slot opposite the CBS game. So that, of course, is where Vanderbilt-South Carolina goes, because why wouldn’t it?
It only feels like this is a 3 PM game every year. (It’s only a 3 PM game when it’s not a Thursday night game. Thursday night games against South Carolina, by the way, should make a comeback.
