Re’Mahn Davis out for rest of season

Things, they could be better.

One of the few bright spots for Vanderbilt early this season was RB Re’Mahn Davis. The Temple transfer had carried the ball 44 times for 211 yards through three games, including a 12-carry, 76-yard performance against Stanford on Saturday night, scoring his first touchdown of the season.

Per his Instagram, his season is now over. Davis left the game in the second quarter and briefly returned, but wasn’t seen at all in the second half and now we know why.

With the loss of Davis, Vanderbilt’s running back room is extremely thin.
