On Wednesday night, the Vanderbilt Commodores picked up another addition to the 2018 signing class, as Tyler Steen, an offensive lineman from high school powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, FL, signed a Letter of Intent to attend Vanderbilt.
Steen had committed to Louisville in September, but after taking an official visit to Vanderbilt earlier in December, he decided to sign with the Commodores on the first day of the early signing period. He’s listed at 6’5” and 300 pounds, and while some schools have been projecting him as a defensive lineman, Vanderbilt intends to play him on the offensive side of the ball.
