Phil Pfeifer was the first Commodore off the board Tuesday after being selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the third round with the 101st overall pick.
Pfeifer will join Buehler, who was selected with the 24th overall pick, and could be reunited with his catcher from his freshman year, Spencer Navin, who is currently playing for High-A Rancho Cucamonga.
