Here’s a look at all the SEC action from the fifth Saturday of the season.
Florida 13, Vanderbilt 6
The Gators (4-1 overall, 2-1 in the SEC) slogged out the win over the host Commodores (2-3, 0-2). Florida managed just 236 total yards, including only 92 rushing yards. Gators QB Austin Appleby was 19-of-28 but for just 144 yards. Vandy had 262 yards of offense, with TB Ralph Webb providing the bulk of that with 110 yards. Vandy rushed for 144 yards, but that figure was skewed down by a loss of 32 on a punt attempt by Sam Loy.
