Darius Garland Says He's the Best Guard in 2019 NBA Draft over Morant, Barrett

Darius Garland may have only played five games at the collegiate level, but he's not lacking in confidence.

"I humbly say this, I think I'm the best (guard) in the draft," Garland told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. "I mean, I think I can do everything that an NBA team wants me to do."

Garland averaged 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists in five games at Vanderbilt before missing the rest of the season due to a knee injury. He will likely be the third or fourth guard off the board in Thursday's draft behind Ja Morant and RJ Barrett and perhaps Jarrett Culver.
