Bryan "the Stache" Reynolds is a Giant. The Vanderbilt center fielder was selected by San Franciscon with the 59th overall pick in the 2016 MLB Draft on Thursday.
Reynolds was projected to be a first round pick in the draft, but alleged signability issues caused him to fall into the middle of the second frame.
Reynolds was the heart of the Commodore lineup and provided a veteran consistency at the plate. He batted .330 and got on base at a .461 clip to give this team a much-needed offensive presence. He led Vanderbilt with 13 home runs and 16 doubles while managing to steal eight bases in 13 attempts.
