Vanderbilt missed out on one of its top remaining targets on National Signing Day when three-star defensive end prospect Bradlee Anae chose Utah over the Commodores.
Anae is a 6'5, 230 pound strongside defensive end from Kahuku, Hawaii. He'll need some time to bulk up as a pass rusher - either from a position on the line or as an outside linebacker - but he has the quickness and aggression to have been a significant player in Mason's defense. He turned down scholarship offers from Vandy, BYU, and Hawaii to choose the Utes.
