Following in the path of the likely No. 1 NFL draft pick probably isn’t a bad idea, and Vanderbilt’s Zach Cunningham is the latest SEC star to join Twitter.
He officially entered the Twittersphere on Wednesday, less than a month before the NFL Draft.
Within several hours, Cunningham already gained more than 700 followers. That number will likely rise sharply as draft day gets closer and exponentially once he signs with his future NFL team.
Cunningham’s plunge into the social network comes just a week after Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett, universally viewed as the likely top pick in the draft, also launched an account after a lifetime of Twitter-lessness.
