Vanderbilt’s spring game (officially the Black and Gold Spring Game) will be televised this year. Unlike in years past, there was little fight over this: since it’s an actual spring game and not a “spring showcase,” the SEC Network was more than willing to pick it up.
Yesterday, we found out the start time: 11 AM. Of course it’s at 11 AM, because why wouldn’t a Vanderbilt spring game be at 11 AM? The bad news: if you were planning to make it a doubleheader with baseball, you’ll be on the West End all day; the Commodore baseball team takes on Tennessee the same night at 8 PM at Hawkins Field.
