A look at Vanderbilt’s MLB Draft prospects

February 19, 2016: Vanderbilt's first baseball game of the season results in an 8-4 victory over San Diego at Hawkins Field.

The Hustler takes a look at all of Vanderbilt’s 15 eligible players, which includes those who have finished their junior year or are at least 21 years old. Last year, nine players saw their name called, including three in the first round. Of those, only pitcher John Kilichowski returned to Vanderbilt after being drafted, and he is eligible once again.

Players are listed by year:

Kyle Smith (OF) Sr.

After starting just 14 games before senior year, Smith finally got a chance to play a significant amount of time in his final season.
