Vanderbilt remains one of the hottest teams in the country on the recruiting trail, and on Thursday the Commodores added a commitment from three-star safety Maxwell Worship.
“Big things are coming for Vanderbilt,” he told GN.
Worship (6 feet 1, 187 pounds), from Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Cardinal Gibbons, committed to Vanderbilt over offers from, among others, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina and NC State.
“Vanderbilt has been recruiting me for the past year, and they were one of the first teams to look at me,” Worship said. “I have a really good relationship with basically the whole coaching staff.
