The Vanderbilt Commodores have had their full 2017 football schedule released.
The Commodores will open the season Sept. 2 at Middle Tennessee at Johnny “Red” Floyd Stadium in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
After two home non-conference matchups against Alabama A&M and Kansas State on Sept. 9 and Sept. 16, Vanderbilt will play Alabama in its SEC opener on Sept. 23. The Commodores will play at Florida in their SEC road opener on Sept. 30.
Vanderbilt will have its bye week Oct. 21 between the at Ole Miss (Oct. 14) and South Carolina (Oct. 28) games. The Commodores will close out the regular season at Tennessee on Nov.
