VANCOUVER, BC - Whitecaps FC players reported for the start of the 2020 preseason camp this weekend, featuring 18 first-team players joined by eight other camp participants.
The first-team roster includes offseason acquisitions Lucas Cavallini, Cristian Dájome, Cristián Gutiérrez, and Generation adidas and MLS SuperDraft selection Ryan Raposo. Dájome, whose transfer was completed last Friday, is expected to join his new club in the coming days.
Joining the team from the Development Squad are goalkeeper Isaac Boehmer, centre back Gianfranco Facchineri, and midfielder Patrick Metcalfe.
Also taking part are goalkeeper and MLS SuperDraft pick Daniel Gagliardi, and camp invitees midfielder Rodrigo da Costa, right back Cole Dasilva, Canadian international centre back Amer Didiu0107, and midfielder Aboubacar Sissoko.
