VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Monday that the club has signed striker Kyle Greig to an MLS contract for 2017, with options for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Greig joins goalkeeper Spencer Richey, defender/midfielder Brett Levis, and midfielder Alphonso Davies as players who have made the move to the first team roster from Whitecaps FC 2.
“Kyle has an exceptional work ethic and a nose for goal,” said Whitecaps FC head coach Carl Robinson. “He did a fantastic job as captain of a very young WFC2 squad last season.
