Whitecaps FC striker Theo Bair earned the start for the MLS Homegrown Team on Wednesday as they defeated Chivas de Guadelajara U-20s in the 2019 MLS Homegrown Game presented by Energizer.
Bair played centre forward in a front three with Orlando City SC's Benji Michel and New York Red Bulls' Omir Fernandez, with the latter scoring for the MLS side to tie the match at 1-1 only three minutes in.
