VANCOUVER, BC – Excitement is ramping up for Saturday’s 2020 MLS season opener as Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Monday that tickets are sold out in the new Village Stand general admission section.
“We are thrilled to see our general admission section full for our season opener on Saturday,” said Mark Pannes, Whitecaps FC chief executive officer. “We know our supporters will be in full voice, creating a loud, passionate home pitch advantage. This is how it begins.”
The Village Stand, comprising all of Section 254 and half of Section 253, is located in the heart of the ‘Caps supporters end, producing the loudest, most vibrant part of the stadium.
