With the Secondary Transfer Window closing on August 8th, it is the last opportunity for Major League Soccer clubs to make a move to help them down the stretch. As leagues kick off in Europe, it is an opportunity too for out-of-contract players to potentially find a place to play for at least the next 4-6 months.
