In October, Vancouver Whitecaps FC named former Canadian women's national team player Rhian Wilkinson as the new head coach of the Girls Elite Super REX program, in partnership with BC Soccer.
Wilkinson joined the 'Caps after leading Canada's U-17 women's national team to their best ever finish, fourth place at the 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
