LOS ANGELES, CA – In their first match at Banc of California Stadium, Vancouver Whitecaps FC (12-13-8) came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Los Angeles FC (16-8-9) on Sunday.
Six players returning from international duty came back into acting head coach Craig Dalrymple’s starting lineup, including centre backs Doneil Henry and Kendall Waston, central midfielders Aly Ghazal and Russell Teibert, attacking midfielder Yordy Reyna, and winger Alphonso Davies. Only one change was made from the October 6 win at Toronto FC, as striker Erik Hurtado started in place of the suspended Kei Kamara.
