Registration is now open for the 2017 adidas Cup, presented by Sport Chek. The tournament will take place April 1 to 2 with 160 teams from U-9 to U-12 at Surrey’s Newton Athletic Park. Interested teams are encouraged to register today as the tournament sold out in both 2015 and 2016. The early bird registration deadline is Thursday, December 1, 2016.
The adidas Cup is an exciting way to kick-off your season against teams matched by skill level. Teams will play four matches over a two day period, matched against opponents of the same skill level. Participants will also receive the opportunity to play in front of Whitecaps FC staff coaches, meet their Whitecaps FC soccer heroes through autograph sessions, as well as mascot Spike, and also purchase tickets to see the ‘Caps in MLS action.
