Melvin comes up big in net, but WFC2 fall 1-0 to Swope Park Rangers

VANCOUVER, BC – Whitecaps FC 2 (4W-9L-4D) fought hard but fell 1-0 to Swope Park Rangers (10W-4L-2D) on Wednesday in a windy matinee Western Conference match-up at UBC Thunderbird Stadium.

For the second consecutive match, three first team players began the match in coach Rich Fagan’s starting XI, as he called upon Marco Bustos, Ben McKendry and Cole Seiler.
