Match Preview - Canada Hosts French Guiana

Canada returns to BC Place on Sunday to play their final CONCACAF Nations League qualifying match against French Guiana. The Nations League was developed to provide CONCACAF clubs with more opportunities to play matches, against strong opponents.

Set to begin in September 2019, the Nations League will be comprised of three leagues of 12 to 16 teams, each divided into four groups of three (or four). The winner of each group, in League A, will compete in the championship while the third-place club will be relegated to League B. Likewise, the top club in each group of League B and C will be promoted while the last-place club in each group of League B will be relegated to League C.
