Fresh off scoring his first professional goal, Thomas Sanner was named to the USL Team of the Week, the league announced today.
The Princeton product came on with five minutes left in a crucial Western Conference matchup with Sacramento Republic FC on Sunday and proved to be the difference-maker, as his added-time header gave Whitecaps FC 2 the 2-1 victory.
