For the fourth year in a row, ESPN conducted their preseason MLS Confidential survey, in which they asked questions including the USA failed World Cup qualifying, promotion/relegation, and the most over and under rated players in MLS. In total, 104 players participated, with representatives from every MLS club except for NYCFC. Stupid Man City B!
While we won’t get into all the results, there are a few that were of interest. No surprise, when asked “if you were commissioner for a day, what one thing would you change”, 36% would either increase or abolish the Salary Cap.
