Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) fullback Kadin Chung has been called up to Canada’s U-20 men’s national team for an upcoming camp and series of international matches. The two away matches take place in Costa Rica, host for the 2017 CONCACAF Men's Under-20 Championship.
This is Chung's second call-up to the Canadian U-20 national team this year. In March, the 17-year-old Port Coquitlam native scored for Canada in a 2-1 win over England's U-20s.
