BMO Whitecaps FC U-19 and U-17 Academy teams have learned their group opponents for the upcoming Academy Playoffs taking place from June 17 to 25 at the SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside, California.
Both teams were drawn into the tournament from Pot 2. Only the top team from each of the eight groups will advance to the quarterfinals, also taking place during this week. The winners of the quarterfinals will then advance to the Academy Championship semifinals and final from July 8 to 10 at Orange County Great Park in Irvine, California.
U-19
The 10th ranked ‘Caps (13W-4L-5D, +27 GD), second in the Northwest Division, have been placed into Group E.
