It seems oh-so-long ago that the Vancouver Canucks lost nine games in a row.
During those dark days in October and November, there were plenty of negative feelings to go around. As the losses mounted, it sometimes felt like the team would never win again.
Fans got upset. Some demanded that the coach be fired. Others wanted to the general manager or president go. Still others blamed ownership.
And to think, the Canucks had opened the season with four straight wins.
Before the season started most pundits, especially those outside Vancouver, believed the Canucks were in for an abysmal season.
