I don’t like the Chicago Blackhawks. I’ll just come out and say it. After years of being tormented by losing to them in the playoffs, I have grown a special kind of dislike for them. They added to the list of reasons for Vancouver Canucks fans to dislike them after jumping into the top three at the draft lottery all the way from the 12 spot.
We all know the past three years haven’t been particularly kind to the Canucks when it comes to luck at the draft lottery. Many Canucks fans, including myself, pondered whether or not a change of personnel would finally sway the Canucks luck the other way this year.
