Before the Vancouver Canucks visited the Dallas Stars on Sunday, it was clear that they needed an absolute miracle to reach the playoffs.
And that miracle might be coming true.
In the blink of an eye, the Canucks have now reeled in three straight victories and sit at 74 points. Entering play on Thursday, they were four points behind the Arizona Coyotes for the final wild card spot in the Western Conference.
With the Coyotes cooling off a bit and the Canucks getting hot at the right time, we can now say that the playoff dream isn’t over yet.
