The Vancouver Canucks have signed one of the largest free agents available by locking up forward Loui Eriksson to a six-year, $36 million dollar contract. He is expected to play with the Sedins on the top line, as the Sedins have wanted to play with the fellow Swede in the NHL after playing together on the international front.

The almost-31-year-old right winger had 30 goals and 63 points with the Boston Bruins last year while recording a plus-13 rating and averaging almost 20 minutes a game.
