On Thursday, Vancouver Canucks general manager Jim Benning told reporters that the team won’t be giving an extension to Brock Boeser before he enters his sophomore season.
TSN’s Farhan Lalji passed along Benning’s comments.

The good news is right there. Boeser obviously wants to stay in Vancouver long term, so there’s no need for fans to worry about the extension not getting done.
