The Vancouver Canucks have quickly made some of us forget how nice their start to this road trip was. It seems like ages ago where they swept Pennsylvania, as the team has now lost its last three games.
None were uglier than Tuesday’s 5-2 defeat to the New York Islanders. Unfortunately for the Canucks, a road game against the Nashville Predators is probably the least appetizing game imaginable right now.
Winners in 10 of their last 12, the Predators are the NHL’s best home team, with a 9-1-1 record. They also haven’t lost a home game to Vancouver since March 31, 2015.
