While the Vancouver Canucks continue to wait for their young stars to break through, offseason trade acquisition J.T. Miller has led the way offensively.
Miller leads all Canucks with five points through the first three games, with four of those coming in Wednesday’s season opener against the Los Angeles Kings. It’s still early, but Miller already looks like a natural on the Bo Horvat line.
The 26-year-old Miller has been a consistent secondary scorer throughout his career. He has three seasons of 20-plus goals, and Miller has hit 43-plus points four times.
